Response times
- Editorial corrections — we aim to review and respond within 48 hours on business days. If a correction is valid, we update the relevant page within 24 hours of confirming.
- Bonus code reports — expired or wrong bonus codes are prioritised and usually updated within 24 hours.
- Partnership enquiries — we aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
- Data requests (NDPR) — within 30 days as required by law.
